Rosiedog Creative Las Vegas Web Design

This is a brochure made for high-end real estate specialist Cheryl Davis and Associates. This was an 8 page brochure for one of their most expensive homes in Lake Las Vegas.

Since this brochure was aimed at high-end real estate, it needed a very clean layout and look. The client already had Rosiedog Creative create their website, and they wanted the same quality in the brochure for this particular property. They had a lot of high quality pictures, and a lot of high quality text, it was just a challenge to fit it all, and still keep that clean look throughout. We did it though, and the client was very pleased with the final outcome.
